The inspiration for this drawing was to attempt to capture the movement of dance, hence the name. During the creation of this piece, I chose to listen to Peter Paul and Mary, because their music has a flowy, genuine feel and I wanted that conveyed in the piece as well. During the creative process, I danced and moved to the music in attempts to capture movement. The colors chosen for this drawing represent my mood and the vibrancy of the colors outside in nature.
